Jennifer Arndt Robinson
Consultant
Jennifer brings more than 25 years of leadership experience in the nonprofit and higher education sectors, with a career dedicated to strengthening organizations, cultivating partnerships, and advancing community-driven initiatives. As Executive Director of Friends of Patterson Park for more than a decade, she oversaw a period of transformational growth that expanded programming, guided major capital projects, and enhanced the organization’s financial sustainability.
Her earlier work with the University of Maryland, Baltimore County’s Shriver Center, Johns Hopkins University, and the University of Maryland Carey School of Law reflects her deep experience in mentoring emerging leaders, designing and evaluating community-based programs, and managing organizational transitions. Jennifer has also demonstrated strong commitment to civic service through board leadership with the Friends of Maryland’s Olmsted Parks and Landscapes, Friends of Patterson Park, and other community and faith-based organizations. A proud resident of the Patterson Park neighborhood for 25 years, Jennifer lives in Baltimore City with her husband and daughter.
