Building Stronger Volunteer Programs
Currently partnering with a community-based parks nonprofit to develop a comprehensive volunteer engagement strategy that strengthens recruitment, retention, and leadership development. The engagement includes an organizational capacity assessment, volunteer systems design, staff coaching, and practical tools to build a sustainable volunteer program. As part of the project, I am also working within the organization’s existing CRM to ensure volunteer engagement can be tracked, measured, and managed effectively over time.
Launching an Advisory Council
Currently working with a university-based leadership program to design and launch a new advisory council that engages alumni and community partners in advancing the program’s long-term success. The project includes governance recommendations, recruitment strategy, onboarding materials, meeting design, and facilitation support.
Moving from Strategy to Implementation
Currently supporting a community-based nonprofit as it translates strategic priorities into actionable next steps. The engagement includes board and staff facilitation, committee development, fundraising strategy, partnership planning, and implementation support to help move plans from vision to action.
